“We knew our bathroom was dated and not fitting our needs. At the same time, we had never done anything like this before and the more we looked into it the more overwhelming it became. Janie was our pivotal guiding light. She was able to point us to a few key stores to get an idea of an overall vision. She was able to walk us through the process of pulling the various pieces together. When we got stuck and lost on specific items (i.e. doorknobs, tubs, towel racks) she was able to quickly provide us specific alternatives (brands, model numbers, and stores/websites) that met our design, budget, and timeline needs. Need a contractor? Unsure what questions to ask a contractor? How to work with a contractor? The contractor asks some unexpected technical question mid-construction that they need an answer right away? Janie was there. By working with Janie, investing time upfront to design and order materials before the contractor started we were able to get our bathroom construction done in two and half weeks. Our bathroom remodel would have gotten stuck, more expensive, and abandoned a dozen times it was not for Janie’s timely help and expertise.”
